After Graduating with a masters degree in Physics, I was employed by the IET as an Information Scientist. During my 5 years at The IET I grew my role into that of a Data Scientist, and then after 4 years, a Senior Data Scientist. Throughout my career there I have learnt many skills, from programming skill (vba, python, little bit of html), query languages (SPARQL, SQL), Data Analysis (Fscores,Predictive analytics, Parameter hyper-optimisation), Machine Learning (Naive Bayes, K-NN, Word-2-Vec, Sequence to Sequence translation, RNN, CNN), Teaching Courses (Excel, Python), and Presenting Data (Video presentation, SCRUM/AGILE presenting). Working with multiple departments within my company to help them utilise their data and get the most value out of it for themselves and their customers.

In my spare time I enjoy playing Football, Squash, Tennis. Or staying in and playing Board Games, Video Games, or Reading.
